This absolutely great hotel has large rooms, located 19 miles from Frankfurt airport. The location is handy, the staff is very friendly and kind. Btw, it's just a pleasant stroll away from city center.

The bathroom and room are spotless. the beds are super comfy for a good night's sleep. the staff here is really nice and helpful, always quick to assist with anything you need. 😊

During my recent travel to Darmstadt, I stayed at Pallas hotel. Although my stay was only for transit, I found two features of the provided database to be quite useful. the hotel's location was perfect for someone arriving by car, as it had ample parking space and was easily accessible from the main road. This made it extremely convenient for me to check in and out without any hassle.

I did encounter a minor issue while using the database for check-in. When I utilized the self-check-in feature, the system mistakenly mixed up my surname with my given name.

This spot is a wonderful place to stay, with clean rooms that have a modern charm and skylight feature.

The rooms at Pallas Hotel Darmstadt are just perfect for a cozy and comfortable stay. The contemporary wooden furniture gives a warm and inviting feel, making you feel right at home. The amenities like free WiFi and a TV are all you need for a good night's sleep.

Got a pretty good deal on New Year's Eve and the rooms were cozy and clean. The parking was free and there was a shuttle to downtown which was really convenient. enjoyed the breakfast spread.

Unfortunately the walls were incredibly thin and the lack of soundproofing kept us up all night with noise from surrounding rooms. the staff was not very helpful or accommodating when we asked for extra towels and blankets.

Convenient Location and Clean Room the hotel was located near restaurants and shopping malls which was convenient for us. the room was clean and tidy which was great to see. to this, there was a good selection of breakfast options available each morning which is always a plus.

Disappointing Customer Service and Expensive WiFi the customer service at the hotel was disappointing, we had to wait for a long time to check-in and the staff was not very helpful. the WiFi was also very expensive and did not even work properly, which was frustrating.
